Access Ways definition

Access Ways means the roadways footpaths entranceways passageways stairwells lifts to and from the Allocated Accommodation shown and over the car parking to the front rear and side of the Building to the public highway
Access Ways means the road and paths necessary for obtaining access to and egress from the Licensed Plot as determined by the Company from time to time.
