Private Label Cardholder means the individual holding the Private Label Card.

Private Label Cardholder means any natural person who (a) has at any time entered into a Private Label Credit Card Agreement, (b) is obligated under or with respect to a Private Label Account, (c) is issued and is authorized to use a Private Label Credit Card, or (d) is authorized to use a Private Label Credit Card by a consumer who has been issued a Private Label Credit Card.
