Private Vehicle Damage. Where an employee’s vehicle is damaged by a student at a worksite or an approved school function, or as a direct result of the employee being employed by the employer, the employer shall reimburse the employee the lesser of actual vehicle damage repair costs, or the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to a maximum of $600.
Private Vehicle Damage. Where an employee's vehicle is damaged as a direct result of the employee being employed by the Employer, the Employer shall reimburse the employee the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to two hundred dollars ($200).

Where an employee's vehicle is maliciously damaged as a direct result of the employee being employed by the Employer, the Employer shall reimburse the employee the lesser of actual vehicle damage repair costs, or the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to $300 $500 provided the employee can provide the Employer with a valid Police Report Number, and/or an Insurance Claim Statement number.

Where a team member's vehicle is damaged by a person in the care or custody of the provincial government, or as a direct result of the team member being employed by the Company, the Company shall reimburse the team member the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to $500.
