Prize Symbols definition

Prize Symbols means the symbols and their matching captions which appear under the Play Symbols in the “YOUR NUMBERS” section of the Play Area of the Ticket. These Prize Symbols are derived from the following set:

Examples of Prize Symbols in a sentence

  • Consecutive Non-Winning Tickets within a Pack will not have matching patterns, in the same order, of either Play Symbols or Prize Symbols.

  • Non-winning Prize Symbols will not match a winning Prize Symbol on a Ticket.

  • Play Symbols, Prize Symbols, Legends, Identifiers, Play Symbol Captions, Prize Symbol Captions are described in Exhibit C.

  • Non-winning Prize Symbol(s) will never be the same as the winning Prize Symbol(s).

  • Non-winning Prize Symbols will never be the same as the winning Prize Symbol(s).

  • The Play Symbols, Prize Symbols, Play Symbol Captions, Prize Symbol Captions, Captions, Legends, Identifiers must be present in their entirety and must conform to those in Exhibit C.

  • The number and placement of Play Symbols and Prize Symbols on the ticket must conform precisely to those in Exhibit A.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Vending machine means a self-service device that, upon insertion of a coin, paper currency, token, card, or key, or by optional manual operation, dispenses unit servings of food in bulk or in packages without the necessity of replenishing the device between each vending operation.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Trade Dress means the print, style, font, color, graphics, labels, packaging and other elements of trade dress (including Bottle Designs or other Container designs) that are (a) used on or in connection with Products as of the date hereof (including the Bottle Designs as of the date hereof for Corona, Negra Modelo and Modelo Especial), or (b) permitted pursuant to this Agreement after the date hereof to be used in connection with the marketing, merchandising, promotion, advertisement, licensing, distribution and sale of Products in the Territory.

The Origin of Goods and Services is distinct from the nationality of the Supplier and may be different.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any
