Procedural Bylaw definition

Procedural Bylaw means the Township By-law which provides for the Rules of Procedure for Council and its’ Committees;
Procedural Bylaw means Regional District of Kootenay Boundary Board of Directors Procedure Bylaw No. 1430, 2009.
Procedural Bylaw means a procedural bylaw made by a council pursuant to clause 86(2)(e) of the Act.

  • bye-law means a bye-law framed by the corporation under this Act;

  • Companies Law means the Companies Law (2018 Revision) of the Cayman Islands, as amended from time to time.
