Proceeds Excess definition

Proceeds Excess has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(d)(i).
Proceeds Excess shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).
Proceeds Excess shall have the meaning given that term in Section 2.1(i)(a)(ii) hereof.
