Process Safety Management definition

Process Safety Management means Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals; Explosives and Blasting Agents (29 CFR 1910), as amended, that is associated with the Properties.
Process Safety Management has the meaning set forth in Article 8.9.
Process Safety Management means the identification, evaluation and mitigation or prevention of petroleum, gas or chemical releases that could occur as a result of failures in process, procedures or equipment associated with equipment.
