Product Authorization Code definition

Product Authorization Code means a code that enables the Software to operate for the applicable License Period.
Product Authorization Code means a component of the Software that enables the Software to operate for the Term. You acknowledge and agree that the Product Authorization Code is SAS’ confidential and proprietary information. You understand and agree that once installed on the Authorized Hardware, the Software may from time to time automatically send certain non-individually identifiable information regarding Software usage and configuration to SAS to assist SAS with future development and support of the Software. You specifically consent to such communication.
Product Authorization Code means a code that enables the Software to operate for the applicable annual License Period.

Examples of Product Authorization Code in a sentence

  • End User may need to apply a new Product Authorization Code for changes to the Authorized Environment, operating system or Software version.

  • End User will be provided with a Product Authorization Code valid for the applicable annual License Period.

  • Company is not required to provide the Product Authorization Code if End User is in breach of the Agreement or has not paid any undisputed Fees for the Software.

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.
