Product Charge definition

Product Charge means the price payable by the Customer to Q Associates, for the sale or licensing of the Products and (if applicable) the Installation Services, as specified in the Order.
Product Charge means the charge payable by you to us in respect of a Product, as specified in the relevant Specific Product Order Form;
Product Charge means the price payable by the Customer to JADe, for the sale or licensing of the Products, as specified in the Contract.
