Product List definition

Product List means the statement published by Microsoft from time to time on the World Wide Web at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/contracts or at a successor site that Microsoft identifies, which identifies the Products that are or may be made available under a program (which availability may vary by region) and any Product-specific conditions or limitations on the acquisition of licenses for, or use of, those Products.
Product List means the list of the Products available for sale by BluBØX to Reseller for resale pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and BluBØX’s respective list (MSRP) prices therefor, as are in effect from time-to-time.
