Production Acceptance Period definition

Production Acceptance Period means the period of time beginning on First Productive Use of one or more Applications and continuing thereafter until Final Acceptance.
Production Acceptance Period means the period of time beginning on First Productive Use and continuing thereafter until the conditions set forth in Section IX.H. of this Exhibit A. are met.

Related to Production Acceptance Period

  • Acceptance period, as used in this provision, means the number of calendar days available to the PHA/IHA for awarding a contract from the date specified in this solicitation for receipt of bids.
