  • Within thirty (30) days of the Production Election Date, Adopter shall pay AACS LA Administration Fees as set forth in the Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit B, subject to any pro-rata credit to which Adopter may be entitled under Section 5.2 of an Interim Adopter Agreement.
