Faulty Product definition

Faulty Product. A faulty product is any product that is mispackaged, mislabeled, misflavored, spoiled (before the product’s expiration date), or otherwise not in accordance with the product’s standards. You are responsible for the contents of any postings by consumers in response to your content. Any Adverse Event, Faulty Product, or Off-Label Use posted by a consumer as long as the post is publicly available must be reported.
