Professional Council means a council for the professions as defined in section 1(iv) of the Act, but also includes:(aa) South African Council for Planners established in terms of the Planning Profession Act, 2002 (Act No 36 of 2002);(bb) South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions established in terms of the National Scientific Professions Act, 2003 (Act No 27 of 2003); and(cc) South African Council for Professional and Technical Surveyors established in terms of the Professional and Technical Surveyors' Act, 1984 (Act No 40 of 1984).
