Professional Fee Estimate definition

Professional Fee Estimate means, collectively, (i) with respect to any Professional employed by the Debtors or the Committee, a good-faith estimate of such Professional’s anticipated accrued unpaid Professional Fee Claims as of the Effective Date, (ii) the Supporting Noteholders Professional Fee Estimate, (iii) the Allowed Deerfield Substantial Contribution Claim, (iv) the Allowed Committee Member Substantial Contribution Claims, and (v) the 2016 Notes Trustee Fee Claims.
Professional Fee Estimate means (i) with respect to any Professional, a good- faith estimate of such Professional’s anticipated accrued unpaid Professional Fee Claims as of the Effective Date to be provided by each Professional in writing to the Debtor prior to the commencement of the Confirmation Hearing, or in the absence of such a writing, to be prepared by the Debtor, and (ii) collectively, the sum of all individual Professional Fee Estimates.

More Definitions of Professional Fee Estimate

Professional Fee Estimate means the estimated aggregate amount of all reasonable fees and expenses due to Professional Fee Claims through the Effective Date, which have not been paid or otherwise funded (including with funds deposited in escrow for payment of Professional Fee Claims).

  • Professional Fee Claim means a Claim by a professional seeking an award by the Bankruptcy Court of compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of expenses incurred through and including the Confirmation Date under sections 330, 331, 503(b)(2), 503(b)(3), 503(b)(4), or 503(b)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Professional Fee Amount means the aggregate amount of Professional Fee Claims and other unpaid fees and expenses that Professionals estimate they have incurred or will incur in rendering services to the Debtors prior to and as of the Confirmation Date, which estimates Professionals shall deliver to the Debtors as set forth in Article II.B of the Plan.

  • Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

  • Professional Claim means an Administrative Claim of a Professional for compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of costs, expenses, or other charges and disbursements incurred relating to services rendered or expenses incurred after the Petition Date and prior to and including the Confirmation Date.

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires that the provider obtain a license or other legal authorization as a condition precedent to providing that service. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services provided by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.
