Profit and Overhead definition

Profit and Overhead means the percentage for profit and attendance set out in Item 15 of Appendix A;

Examples of Profit and Overhead in a sentence

  • If the Sub-Contractor would have been entitled to an extension of time if the instruction had not been given, the Sub- Contractor will be entitled to its reasonable costs incurred in accelerating the work under the Sub-Contract (or part thereof) plus the amount for Sub-Contractor Profit and Overhead stated in the Sub-Contract Particulars.

  • Likewise, Profit and Overhead will be deducted for any portion of the Work that is deleted.

  • The consultant will be compensated using the following formula: Compensation = (Direct Labor ×((1+Overhead)×(1+Profit)))+(Overtime Premium ×(1+Profit))+Direct Expenses The Profit and Overhead in the above equation are expressed as decimal values.

  • The Construction Costs, the Profit and Overhead and the Construction Management Fee are herein collectively, the “Allowance Items”.

  • If the changes encompassed by the Change Order(s), in the aggregate, increase the initial Guaranteed Maximum Price the CM/CG will be paid the direct cost of the work requested plus % Profit and Overhead.
