Program Interest means all right, title and interest of GASCO in an Oil and Gas Interest or a Program Well prior to the delivery of an Assignment of such Oil and Gas Interest or Program Well to NFR under this Agreement, including any increase in such interest resulting form the application of non-consent or other similar provisions of the applicable JOA. Related to Program Interest
