Program Well definition

Program Well means any well in which the Participants have an interest pursuant hereto.
Program Well means any oil and gas well in which the Participants have an interest pursuant to the Program Agreement.
Program Well is defined in Section 4.3.

Examples of Program Well in a sentence

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall become effective as of its date and shall remain in effect so long as gas is produced from any of Shipper's Existing Well Interests, Shipper's Future Well Interests, Future Investment Program Well Interests or Existing Third Party Well Interests in economic quantities without a lapse of more than ninety (90) days.

More Definitions of Program Well

Program Well means (a) each of the Initial Wells, (b) each well not already subject to the Conveyance that ix xxxlled within the Program Period and is either (i) within one mile of, (ii) penetrates the same reservoir fault block of, (iii) penetrates a zone produced, or intended to be produced by, any well that has, at such time, been made subject to the Conveyance, or (iv) within the Edwards Trend, and (c) any Proposed Program Well accepted by Purcxxxxx, in its sole and absolute discretion, during the Program Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Purchaser does not accept a Proposed Program Well, such Proposed Program Well shall not become a Program Well.
Program Well means any oil and/or gas well that is Spud as part of an operation contemplated by the Drilling Program during the Drilling Term.

Related to Program Well

  • Shallow well means a well located and constructed in such a manner that there is not a continuous layer of low-permeability soil or rock (or equivalent retarding mechanism acceptable to the department) at least 5 feet thick, the top of which is located at least 25 feet below the normal ground surface and above the aquifer from which water is to be drawn.

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Injection well means a well into which fluids are injected. (See also “underground injection”.)

  • Horizontal well means a well bore drilled laterally at an angle of at least eighty (80) degrees to the vertical or with a horizontal projection exceeding one hundred (100) feet measured from the initial point of penetration into the productive formation through the terminus of the lateral in the same common source of supply.

  • Deep well means a well located and constructed in such a manner that there is a continuous layer of low permeability soil or rock at least 5 feet thick located at least 25 feet below the normal ground surface and above the aquifer from which water is to be drawn.

Stratigraphic test wells are classified as (i) "exploratory type" if not drilled into a proved property; or (ii) "development type", if drilled into a proved property. Development type stratigraphic wells are also referred to as "evaluation wells".

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Well-logging means all operations involving the lowering and raising of measuring devices or tools that may contain sources of radiation into well-bores or cavities for the purpose of obtaining information about the well or adjacent formations.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Subsurface tracer study means the release of a substance tagged with radioactive material for the purpose of tracing the movement or position of the tagged substance in the well-bore or adjacent formation.

  • Gas well means a well producing gas or natural gas from a common source of gas supply as determined by the commission.
