Program Portfolio definition

Program Portfolio means a portfolio of assets consisting of, or to consist of, consumer and commercial motor vehicle receivables and leases, including automobile retail installment sales contracts, automobile leases or other financial receivables subject to the Servicing Agreement and described in a Program Portfolio Schedule.
Program Portfolio means (a) all Cardholder Indebtedness, exclusive of any Cardholder Indebtedness pertaining to any Accounts that have been previously written off by Bank or should have been written off in accordance with Bank’s policies, free and clear of all liens, claims, encumbrances and restrictions; (b) Account Documentation (excluding credit bureau reports, adverse action letters or similar information to the extent a transfer thereof would cause Bank to violate Applicable Law or become a “consumer reporting agency” for purposes of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act) and a full master file of all monetary and non-monetary fields; and (c) Bank’s rights in any toll-free (800) customer service numbers.

  • Portfolios means the constituent series of the Fund, but for purposes of this Section 14.1 shall not include Portfolios excepted from the requirements of paragraph (a) of Rule 22c-2 by paragraph (b) of Rule 22c-2.

  • Renewable Portfolio Standard or “RPS” means a state or federal law, rule or regulation that requires a stated amount or minimum proportion or quantity of electricity that is sold or used by specified persons to be generated from Renewable Energy Sources.
