Program Related Costs definition

Program Related Costs means any direct or indirect costs and expenses paid to a Third Party by Pfenex or Hospira for the Development Program, in each case to the extent recorded as such in accordance with Pfenex’s or Hospira’s, as the case may be, internal accounting practices applied on a consistent basis.   • Related Costs means lodging and, if necessary, physical protection for the Covered Person during or while waiting for Transport to the Nearest Place of Safety. Related Costs will include temporary lodging, if necessary, while a Covered Person is waiting to be transported back to the Host Country, Home Country or other country where the Policyholder that sponsored the Covered Person’s Trip is located.
