Program Work definition

Program Work is the work covered by this Agreement as defined in Article 3;
Program Work means any qualifying weatherization or energy efficiency remodel contracts or projects resulting from and part of the CEWO Program.

Examples of Program Work in a sentence

  • It is further understood that no Contractor shall be required to sign any other agreement as a condition of performing Program Work.

  • This Agreement shall not apply to the work of any Contractor which is performed at any location other than the site of Program Work.

  • The City’s Contract Manager will be responsible for exercising general oversight of the Grantee’s activities in completing the Program Work Statement.

  • The Contractor shall notify the Local Union of craft employees hired for Program Work within its jurisdiction from any source other than referral by the Union.

  • The Contractor must establish a goal related to member engagement in the Quality Management and Improvement Program Work Plan described in Section 7.1.2. The Contractor shall also develop a formal process for ongoing education of stakeholders prior to, during and after implementation of the Hoosier Care Connect program.

  • Further, the employee shall be rehired at such time as able to return to duties provided there is still Program Work available for which the employee is qualified and able to perform.

  • It is understood that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as limiting the sole discretion of the Agency or Construction Manager in determining which Contractors shall be awarded contracts for Program Work.

  • Grantee must provide the City with supporting documentation as described in Exhibit A.1, Program Work Statement (Deliverables) for each monthly Payment Request where an agreement deliverable is being submitted.

  • Such rules will be published and posted in conspicuous places throughout the Program Work sites.

  • Flexible Starting Times - Shift starting times will be adjusted by the Contractor as necessary to fulfill Program Work requirements subject to the notice requirements of paragraph A.

Related to Program Work

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • a work means the outcome of building or civil engineering works taken as a whole which is sufficient in itself to fulfil an economic or technical function;

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
