Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.
CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.
Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.
standards committee (“pwyllgor safonau”) means the standards committee of the county or county borough council which has functions in relation to the community council for which it is responsible under section 56(1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 2000.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Board Committee means those individual members of the Board of Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article VIII and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.
Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Review Committee means the committee assigned to review a contract for professional architectural, engineering and land surveying services, which shall include at least three persons designated by the Director and approved by the Executive Director.
Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 114;
Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions
Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);
