Project Approval Date definition

Project Approval Date means October 13, 2020, which is the date indicated by Canada in writing to the Recipient following Canada’s approval in principle of the Project.

More Definitions of Project Approval Date

Project Approval Date means the same as the Effective Date, as set out in section B.1.1 of this Agreement.
