Project Area Type definition

Project Area Type means one of the three categories of Projects funded by the AHSC Program. Project Area Types are determined by two main factors: The AHD proximity to High Quality Transit or Qualifying Transit and if the AHD is located in a Rural Area.

Project Area Types are decided based on two main factors: The AHD proximity to High Quality Transit or Qualifying Transit and if the AHD Project is located in a Rural Area. Project Area Types are used to improve distribution of funds to a diverse type of communities throughout California.

Examples of Project Area Type in a sentence

  • Bin scores for (1) total Project GHG Reduction score and (2) cost efficiency of estimated GHG Reductions, will be combined to determine final GHG Reduction criteria score as follows: Note: For the purposes of calculating the points used to determine the GHG reductions score for the TOD, ICP, and RIPA targets, projects will be binned within their Project Area Type, and therefore will only compete within their project area type for the first 90 percent of appropriated funding per Section 108.

  • Goal: Regardless of Project Area Type, and to the extent qualifying Projects are received, the Council will seek to fund one project per funding cycle to a Tribal Entity.

  • All Projects, regardless of Project Area Type, must demonstrate VMT reduction through fewer or shorter vehicle trips or through mode shift to transit use, bicycling, or walking within transit areas.

  • After designating funds to Projects that meet theProject Area Type funding targets, remaining available funds may beawarded to any eligible Project Area Type that meets the goals detailed in this section.

  • The frequency of nearby transit is the primary differentiating requirement between each Project Area Type, as described Section 102(b)(1), (2), and (3).

Related to Project Area Type

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Area B means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in yellow on attached map No. 1, and the built-up area of the hamlets listed in Appendix 6 to Annex I; and

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Contract Area means, on the Effective Date, the area described in Appendix-A and delineated on the map attached as Appendix B or any portion of the said area remaining after relinquishment or surrender from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Contract (including any additional area as provided under Article 11.3).

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
