Project Matter definition

Project Matter means a matter for decision by the Members subscribed to a Project or Study Project involving a question or matter pertinent to considering, entering, studying, planning, financing, developing, acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, improving, enlarging, bettering, operating or maintaining the Project or Study Project as to which there shall be one or more Project Contracts.
