Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manual means the manual outlining the monitoring and evaluation arrangements of the Project, referred to in paragraph A.2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and adopted by the Borrower on December 29, 2003, as the same may be amended by agreement of the Parties from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manual;

Related to Project Monitoring and Evaluation Manual

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
