Examples of Project Operations Committee in a sentence

  • Any action of the Project Operations Committee shall require the consent of both Sponsor Directors appointed to the Project Operations Committee.

  • If both Sponsor Directors do not unanimously agree on any matter before the Project Operations Committee after having met in an attempt to resolve such disagreement, either such Sponsor Director may refer the matter to the Board of Directors for decision.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • Compliance Committee means the committee referenced under the Federated Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, consisting of, among others, the Chief Compliance Officer, the General Counsel, the Chief Audit Executive and the Chief Risk Officer.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.
