Project Ordinance definition

Project Ordinance means the City’s Ordinance No. O-[ ], 2022.
Project Ordinance means the Ordinance approved by the City Council which approves the Redevelopment Project and activates the collection of TIF Revenues in the Redevelopment Project Area.
Project Ordinance has the meaning given such term in the Recitals.
