Project Ordinance definition

Project Ordinance means the City’s Ordinance No. O-[ ], 2022.
Project Ordinance means the Ordinance approved by the City Council which approves the Redevelopment Project and activates the collection of TIF Revenues in the Redevelopment Project Area.
Project Ordinance has the meaning given such term in the Recitals.

Examples of Project Ordinance in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan and the TIF Act, including, but not limited to, Section 99.845 thereof, when tax increment financing is established by the Project Ordinance, the Property is subject to assessment for annual Payments in Lieu of Taxes.

  • In order to implement the Redevelopment Schedule, City will endeavor to facilitate the timely passage of the Redevelopment Project Ordinance referred to in Section 4.B. hereof.

  • After all Developer Reimbursable Project Costs have been paid, but not later than twenty-three (23) years from the adoption of the Project Ordinance, the portions of this Agreement relating only to the TIF Act shall terminate and Developer shall not be entitled to receive any further disbursements from the Special Allocation Fund.

  • After all Reimbursable Project Costs have been paid, but not later than twenty-three (23) years from the last adoption of a Redevelopment Project Ordinance, City shall adopt an Ordinance dissolving the Special Allocation Fund and terminating the designation of the Redevelopment Area as a redevelopment area under the TIF Act (the "Termination Ordinance").
