Project Oversight Committee definition

Project Oversight Committee means the committee established by the Borrower and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Oversight Committee or “POC” means the committee referred to in Section I.A.4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Oversight Committee means the committee established by the Ministry of Environment and Forests to oversee the Project.

More Definitions of Project Oversight Committee

Project Oversight Committee means the committee to be established and maintained, satisfactory to the Association, in each of the Project Provinces for the purpose of Project implementation and reporting at the provincial level, and maintained in accordance with paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
