Project Oversight Committee definition

Project Oversight Committee means the committee established by the Borrower and referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

Project Oversight Committee means the committee established by the Ministry of Environment and Forests to oversee the Project.

Project Oversight Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Project Oversight Committee in a sentence

• The Project Oversight Committee shall be chaired by the Minister of Finance and shall be comprised of representatives of the Mayor of Monrovia, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Works and such others that the Chairman shall appoint satisfactory to the Association.

• The Borrower shall maintain at all times during the implementation of the Project, a Project Oversight Committee which shall be chaired by the Permanent Secretary of MORPWH, co-chaired by the Permanent Secretary of MOTC, and include a representative from the Ministry of Finance, the Managing Director of KAA, the Director General of KCAA, and the Chief Engineer “Roads” of MORPWH.

• Both parties designate the Santa Xxxxxxxxx Groundwater Basin Advisory Committee as the Project Oversight Committee.

More Definitions of Project Oversight Committee

Project Oversight Committee means the committee, established by the Borrower in January 2001, which provides high level guidance for the Project;

Project Oversight Committee or “POC” means the committee referred to in Section I.A.4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Oversight Committee means a committee of the Recipient referred to Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Project Oversight Committee means the Borrower’s Project Oversight Committee, consisting of the Chief Justice, the Borrower’s Law Minister and the Chairman of the Law Commission;

Project Oversight Committee shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 3.9 hereof.

Project Oversight Committee means the committee to be established and maintained, satisfactory to the Association, in each of the Project Provinces for the purpose of Project implementation and reporting at the provincial level, and maintained in accordance with paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
