Project Team Member definition

Project Team Member means any individual employed by the Vendor or the City to assist the Vendor Project Manager or City Project Manager in carrying out the Project.
Project Team Member means any individual employed by the Vendor or the VPD to assist the Vendor Project Manager or VPD Project Manager in carrying out the Project.
Project Team Member means an individual who is involved in project initiation, development, and execution of project tasks.

  • The written document from any Project Team Member that invokes a right or requests a remedy under this Contract or provides any notice required by the terms of this Contract.

  • The Project Team shall be agreed between the Parties and set out in writing, together with details of the roles and responsibilities of each Project Team Member.

  • For the purposes of this Section, “substitutions required by circumstances not within its reasonable control” mean substitutions required by virtue of illness, death, injury, pregnancy, medical leave, or termination of employment or contract but expressly exclude situations where the Vendor’s Project Team Member is called upon to perform services for another client of the Vendor or its affiliates and situations where the City’s Project Team Member is assigned to work on another project of the City.

  • June 7, 2021: Summer Recreation Program Proposal is due to your designated MPS Project Team Member.

  • Records will be made available on behalf of the Data Innovation Program to the Project Team Member through, and can only be accessed within, Population Data BC’s Secure Analytics Environment.

Project Team Member means Project Co appointed by the Employer pursuant to the Agreement. Protocol means this building information modelling protocol including Appendices 1, 2, and 3.

Related to Project Team Member

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Team Member means a member of the European Border and Coast Guard standing corps deployed through a border management team to participate in an operational activity;

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.
