Annual Work Plan and Budget definition

Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

Annual Work Plan and Budget means the annual work plan and budget for the Project, to be prepared on an annual basis by the Recipient.

• The Borrower shall, by not later than four (4) months after the Effective Date, and thereafter on an annual basis, by not later than January 31 each year, prepare and furnish to the Bank an annual work plan and budget (“Annual Work Plan and Budget”) for the Project for the subsequent year, said Annual Work Plan and Budget of such scope and detail as the Bank shall have reasonably requested.

More Definitions of Annual Work Plan and Budget

Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget for the Project prepared annually, and consolidated by the Project Coordination Unit in accordance with Section I.B.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Annual Work Plan and Budget and “AWPB” each means a plan and budget prepared by the Recipient and approved by the Association for the Project and finalized in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
