Project Vehicles definition

Project Vehicles means all vehicles (motorized or non-motorized) provided by NNR to Concessionaire or procured by concessionaire in accordance with provisions of this Agreement.
Project Vehicles. : shall mean all vehicles (motorized or non-motorized) provided by NND to the Concessionaire for the Concession Period for the Project in accordance with provisions of this Agreement.

  • Grantee shall purchase vehicle physical damage insurance, including comprehensive and collision coverage, for the Project Vehicle(s) for the greater of actual cash value or book value of the Project Vehicles.

  • SOL Entity will be appointed to provide development management and asset management services to the Project Vehicles, and be paid a fee determined on an arm’s length basis.

  • Grantee is solely responsible for maintenance and shall maintain all Project Vehicles in good working condition for the Project Vehicles’ full useful life, unless it is mutually determined that specific items are no longer feasible to maintain.

Related to Project Vehicles

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • General purpose equipment means equipment, which is not limited to research, medical, scientific or other technical activities. Examples include office equipment and furnishings, modular offices, telephone networks, information technology equipment and systems, air conditioning equipment, reproduction and printing equipment, and motor vehicles.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,
