Prologis common stock definition

Prologis common stock means the common stock of Prologis, par value $0.01 per share.
Prologis common stock means common shares of beneficial interest of ProLogis, $0.01 par value per share. All references to ProLogis Common Stock shall be deemed to be references to ProLogis Common Stock as the same may be adjusted for stock splits, dividends, recapitalizations, reorganizations, and the like, and in the case of any such event such references shall be automatically deemed to be references to the ProLogis Common Stock as adjusted, with appropriate adjustments, as necessary, to the provisions hereof.
