Promotional Eligibility List definition

Promotional Eligibility List means the Department list upon which is recorded the names of those Members eligible for promotion.
Promotional Eligibility List means the Police Department’s official list of those candidates eligible to be promoted to a higher graded position or rank within the department.

  • The top three (3) ranks on the Promotional Eligibility List and the top three (3) ranks on the Open Recruitment Eligibility List shall be certified by the Personnel Commission to the hiring manager for an interview.

  • Managed Care Plans means all health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, individual practice associations, competitive medical plans and similar arrangements.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Managed care plan means a health benefit plan that either requires a covered person to use, or

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement.   • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.

  • Open enrollment means a period of time as defined in rule

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Appropriate List Matching Data means (A) account registration and alternate payee data, to the extent made appropriate by statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists, (ii) data determined by BNYM in light of statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5), and (iii) data the parties agree in writing to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5).

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.
