Proof of Claim Deadline definition

Proof of Claim Deadline means the date established by the Court in the Proof of Claim Deadline Order as the last day to timely file a Proof of Claim, but excludes the Administrative Claim Deadline.
Proof of Claim Deadline means October 21, 2020 for any Person that is not a “governmental unit” (as such term is defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(27)), or December 14, 2020 for any “governmental unit”, all as provided in the Proof of Claim Deadline Order.

Proof of Loss includes any other information We may reasonably require in support of a claim for benefits under the Group Policy.

  • CHECK-IN DEADLINE means the time limit specified by the airline by which you must have completed check-in formalities and received your boarding pass.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.
