Proof of Claim Deadline definition

Proof of Claim Deadline means the date established by the Court in the Proof of Claim Deadline Order as the last day to timely file a Proof of Claim, but excludes the Administrative Claim Deadline.
Proof of Claim Deadline means October 21, 2020 for any Person that is not a “governmental unit” (as such term is defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(27)), or December 14, 2020 for any “governmental unit”, all as provided in the Proof of Claim Deadline Order.

  • Response Deadline means 60 days after the Administrator mails Notice to Class Members and Aggrieved Employees, and shall be the last date on which Class Members may: (a) fax, email, or mail Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement, or (b) fax, email, or mail his or her Objection to the Settlement. Class Members to whom Notice Packets are resent after having been returned undeliverable to the Administrator shall have an additional 14 calendar days beyond the Response Deadline has expired.

  • Deadline Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(f).

  • Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which a proof of Claim must be or must have been Filed, as established by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including a Bar Date Order and the Confirmation Order.

  • Rejection Claim means a Claim arising from the rejection of an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Proof of Disability means documented clinical findings that prove that You are Disabled.

  • Proof of Loss means satisfactory written proof that a loss occurred for which the Group Policy provides benefits, which is not subject to any exclusion, and which meets all other conditions for benefits. Proof of Loss includes any other information We may reasonably require in support of a claim for benefits under the Group Policy.

  • CHECK-IN DEADLINE means the time limit specified by us by which you must have completed check-in formalities and received your boarding pass.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.
