Examples of Property Code in a sentence

  • If the Property is located outside the limits of a municipality, Seller notifies Buyer under §5.011, Texas Property Code, that the Property may now or later be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality and may now or later be subject to annexation by the municipality.

  • If the Property is improved residential real property, and if Buyer is a first time Maryland homebuyer as defined in MD Tax Property Code §13-203(b), as from time to time amended, who will occupy the Property as ▇▇▇▇▇’s personal residence, then Seller shall pay the state transfer tax of 0.25% to the extent required by law.

  • If the Property is in a public improvement district, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §5.014, Property Code.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Owner fails to use diligent effort to remedy or repair a condition that materially affects physical health or safety within a reasonable time after receiving proper notice, Texas Property Code §§ 92.056 and 92.0561 provide the Resident with remedies including the right to have the condition repaired or remedied, to deduct from rent the cost of repairs, to terminate the Housing Agreement and/or to obtain other judicial remedies.

  • Any such sale (including notice thereof) shall comply with the applicable requirements, at the time of the sale, of Section 51.002 of the Texas Property Code or, if and to the extent such statute is not then in force, with the applicable requirements, at the time of the sale, of the successor statute or statutes, if any, governing sales of Texas real property under powers of sale conferred by deeds of trust.

  • If the Property is subject to a private transfer fee obligation, §5.205, Property Code requires Seller to notify Buyer as follows: The private transfer fee obligation may be governed by Chapter 5, Subchapter G of the Texas Property Code.

  • Additionally, Tenant hereby waives its statutory lien under Section 91.004 of the Texas Property Code.

  • If the Property is subject to mandatory membership in a property owners association(s), Seller notifies Buyer under §5.012, Texas Property Code, that, as a purchaser of property in the residential community identified in Paragraph 2A in which the Property is located, you are obligated to be a member of the property owners association(s).
