Property Damage Extortion means any threat, communicated to the Insured or Insured Person, to cause loss of, physically damage, contaminate or pollute any Premises including any fixtures, fittings, machinery or equipment (fixed or mobile), works of art and other contents, vessels and aircraft, bloodstock and livestock, owned or leased by the Insured, where such threat is made for the purpose of demanding Xxxxxx Monies.

  • Property damage means physical injury to, destruction of, or loss of use of tangible property.

  • Severe property damage means substantial physical damage to property, damage to the treatment facilities which would cause them to become inoperable, or substantial and permanent loss of natural resources which can reasonably be expected to occur in the absence of a bypass. Severe property damage does not mean economic loss caused by delays in production.

  • Damage to Property means physical injury to or destruction of tangible property, including the loss of its use. Tangible property includes the cost of recreating or replacing stocks, bonds, deeds, mortgages, bank deposits and similar instruments, but does not include the value represented by such instruments.

  • Materially Damaged means damage which, in Seller's reasonable estimation, exceeds $500,000.00 to repair or which, in Seller's reasonable estimation, will take longer than ninety (90) days to repair.

  • Accidental Damage means physical damage, breakage or failure of Your Covered Equipment due to an unforeseen and unintentional event occurring either due to handling (e.g., dropping the Covered Equipment or through liquid contact) or due to an external event (e.g., extreme environmental or atmospheric conditions).   • Catastrophic injury or illness means a life-threatening injury or illness of an employee or a member of an employee's immediate family that totally incapacitates the employee from work, as verified by a licensed physician, and forces the employee to exhaust all leave time earned by that employee, resulting in the loss of compensation from the state for the employee. Conditions that are short-term in nature, including, but not limited to, common illnesses such as influenza and the measles, and common injuries, are not catastrophic. Chronic illnesses or injuries, such as cancer or major surgery, that result in intermittent absences from work and that are long-term in nature and require long recuperation periods may be considered catastrophic.

  • Material Damage and “Materially damaged” means damage (w) resulting in the Property not complying with all legal requirements applicable to the Property, (x) reasonably exceeding $300,000 or (y) that entitles any tenant of the Property to terminate its Lease, or (z) which, in Buyer’s or Seller’s reasonable estimation, will take longer than 120 days to repair.

  • Injury/Injured means a bodily injury caused by an accident occurring while the Insured’s coverage under this Policy is in force and resulting directly and independently of all other causes of Loss covered by this Policy. The injury must be verified by a Physician.

  • Products Liability means:Your legal liability in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage caused by or arising out of any Products or the reliance upon a representation or warranty made at any time with respect to such products; but only where such Personal Injury and/or Property Damage occurs away from premises owned or leased by or rented to You and after physical possession of such products has been relinquished to others.

  • Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than 50% of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises immediately prior to such damage or destruction, excluding from such calculation the value of the land and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.

  • Damage Payment means the dollar amount equal to the amount to be posted as Project Development Security pursuant to Section 8.4(a)(i) hereof.

  • Substantial damage means damage of any origin sustained by a structure whereby the cost of restoring the structure to its before damaged condition would equal or exceed 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the damage occurred.

  • Delay Damages means the damages assessed pursuant to Section 3.2(a) hereof.
