Accidental Bodily Injury definition

Accidental Bodily Injury means an Injury sustained as the result of an Accident and independently of all other causes by an outside traumatic event or due to exposure to the elements.

Accidental Bodily Injury means bodily injury which is sustained by an Insured Person as a direct result of an unintended, unanticipated event, provided such event is external to the body and occurs while the Insured Person’s insurance under the Policy is in force.

Accidental Bodily Injury or “Accidental Injury” shall mean an Injury sustained as the result of an Accident, due to an outside traumatic event, or due to exposure to the elements.

• This insurance does not apply to any Accident, Accidental Bodily Injury or Loss caused by or resulting from, directly or indirectly, an Insured Person’s participation in Specialized Aviation activities.

• Intoxication Exclusion This insurance does not apply to any Accident, Accidental Bodily Injury or Loss caused by or resulting from, directly or indirectly, an Insured Person being intoxicated at the time of an Accident.

Accidental Bodily Injury means bodily injury of the insured caused solely and directly from an Accident and independently of any other intervening causes and which occurs within 180 days of the date of Accident.
