Property Document definition

Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the REAs and any other material agreements affecting any Individual Property or portion thereof and set forth in the Borrower’s Certification.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the following: the REA.
Property Document means each agreement relating to a Property and each other instrument binding on any Property, including any reciprocal easement agreement, declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions and any condominium or home owner’s association governing documents, rules and regulations.

  • No Group Company, nor to the Knowledge of the Company, any other party to any applicable Property Document is in breach, violation or default thereunder, and no event has occurred which, with notice or lapse of time, would constitute such a breach or default thereunder, in each case except as would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Each material Property Document is in full force and effect and, to the extent applicable, constitutes a valid, legal and binding obligation of the applicable Group Company and, to the Knowledge of the Company, each other party thereto (if any), enforceable in accordance with its terms (subject to the Enforceability Exceptions).

More Definitions of Property Document

Property Document shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the Union Agreements.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the following: (i) the REA, (ii) the Ground Lease and (iii) Condominium Documents.

Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), each document listed on Schedule XI attached hereto, and any replacements, amendments, or supplements thereto; it being understood that if any Property Document is terminated in accordance with this Agreement then such terminated Property Document shall not be treated under the Loan Documents as a Property Document thereafter.
