Property Document definition

Property Document means each agreement relating to a Property and each other instrument binding on any Property, including any reciprocal easement agreement, declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions and any condominium or home owner’s association governing documents, rules and regulations.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the REAs and any other material agreements affecting any Individual Property or portion thereof and set forth in the Borrower’s Certification.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the following: the REA.

Examples of Property Document in a sentence

  • Borrower promptly will deliver to Lender copies of any notices of default or of termination that Borrower receives or delivers relating to any Property Document.

  • Borrower shall enforce, shall comply with, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause each of the parties to each Property Document to comply with all of the terms and conditions contained in such Property Document.

  • Borrower agrees that without the prior consent of Lender, Borrower will not enter into any new Property Document or execute modifications to any existing Property Document if such new Property Document or such modifications will have a Material Adverse Effect.

More Definitions of Property Document

Property Document shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the Union Agreements.

Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), each document listed on Schedule XI attached hereto, and any replacements, amendments, or supplements thereto; it being understood that if any Property Document is terminated in accordance with this Agreement then such terminated Property Document shall not be treated under the Loan Documents as a Property Document thereafter.
