Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.
Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.
Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
Property Management Agreement means any property management agreement in respect of the Property or any portion thereof entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Quality management means coordinated activities to direct and control an organization with regard to quality;
Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;
PJM Management means the officers, executives, supervisors and employee managers of PJM.
Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:
Construction Management Agreement means the Construction Management Agreement, dated as of the date of the Common Agreement, between Construction Manager and the Project Company.
Construction management contract means a contract in which a party is retained by the owner to
Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.
Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.
Construction manager at risk means a project delivery method in which:
Hotel Management Agreement means any management agreement or operating agreement pursuant to which a Hotel Operator manages the operations of a Hotel Asset.
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Management Agent means the property management company which oversees the property management functions for the Apartment Housing and which is on-site at the Apartment Housing. The initial Management Agent shall be Xxxxxxxx Valley Management, Inc.
Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co-ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;
Construction Consultant means a third-party architect or engineer selected and retained by Funding Lender, at the cost and expense of Borrower, to monitor the progress of construction of the Project and to inspect the Improvements to confirm compliance with this Borrower Loan Agreement.
City Manager means the City Manager of the City.
Project Management Unit and “PMU” each means the Recipient’s unit responsible for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Independent System Operator means a person that may receive or has received, by transfer pursuant
