Property Owner Association definition

Property Owner Association means the Fairway Canyon Community Association, or its successors, which was formed for the purpose of marketing, selling, and managing the common interests of the homes and lots within CFD No. 2021-1.
Property Owner Association means, collectively, any property owner association or homeowners association, including any master of sub-association, created for the property in CFD No. 2022-3.
Property Owner Association means any association formed to represent residential housing interests in CFD No. 2021-01, which also has the resources to manage and maintain Property Owner Association Property or similar.
