Proposal and Declaration definition

Proposal and Declaration means any signed proposal form and declaration and any information supplied by or on behalf of The Insured in addition thereto or in substitution therefor.

  • Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all the terms and conditions of contract are applicable from this date.

  • Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;

  • Development Authority means the New Jersey Schools
