Proposal and Declaration definition

Proposal and Declaration means any signed proposal form and declaration and any information supplied by or on behalf of The Insured in addition thereto or in substitution therefor.

  • The due observance and fulfilment of the terms, conditions and endorsements of the Certificate insofar as they relate to anything to be done or complied with by the Participant and the truth of the statements and answers in the Proposal and Declaration shall be condition precedent to any liability of the Company to make any payment under this Certificate.

  • Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;
