Supplemental Declaration definition

Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.

Supplemental Declaration means any declaration, resolution or other document which supplements or amends this Master Declaration, entered into by the City in compliance with Section 10.

Supplemental Declaration means an amendment or supplement to this Declaration which subjects additional property to this Declaration or imposes, expressly or by reference, additional restrictions and obligations on the land described therein, or both.

• Any such Supplemental Declaration may supplement, create exceptions to, or otherwise modify the terms of this Declaration as it applies to the subject property in order to reflect the different character and intended use of such property.

• In this instrument or in any such Amendment or Supplemental Declaration of Trust, references to this instrument, and all expressions such as "herein," "hereof," and "hereunder," shall be deemed to refer to this instrument as amended or affected by any such Supplemental Declaration of Trust or Amendment.

• Any such annexation shall be effective upon the filing for record of such Supplemental Declaration unless otherwise provided therein.

• Words and expressions defined in the Master Declaration of Trust as supplemented by any relevant Supplemental Declaration of Trust and the Agency Agreement or used in the applicable Final Terms shall have the same meanings where used in these Conditions unless the context otherwise requires or unless otherwise stated and provided that, in the event of any inconsistency between any such document and the applicable Final Terms, the applicable Final Terms will prevail.

• Unless the context otherwise specifies or requires, the following words and phrases when used in this Supplemental Declaration shall have the meanings hereinafter specified.

More Definitions of Supplemental Declaration

Supplemental Declaration means a Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions filed in the Registry pursuant to Article 2, Section 2.2.

Supplemental Declaration means and refer to any instrument which extends the effect of this Declaration to Additional Property pursuant to Article II.

Supplemental Declaration means an instrument which amends, modifies, alters, changes or waives any provision in or of this Amended and Restated Declaration.

Supplemental Declaration means a Supplemental Declaration recorded pursuant to this Declaration to which portions of South Bay may hereafter be subjected. Each such Supplemental Declaration must be approved and executed by Declarant and recorded in Jefferson County.
