Proposal Submission Form definition

Proposal Submission Form means a Proposal Submission Form as provided in example in Appendix D to this Summer 2008 RFP that Bidders are required to complete and submit via the RFP Web Portal in response to this RFP.
Proposal Submission Form means a Proposal Submission Form in the form attached as Appendix C to this Fall 2006 RFP that Bidders are required to submit in order to submit a proposal in response to this RFP.

More Definitions of Proposal Submission Form

Proposal Submission Form means the submission form submitted by a Proponent as part of its Proposal in the form attached to Schedule 4 – Proposal Submission Form to this RFP;
