Proposal Submission Forms definition

Proposal Submission Forms means, collectively the Proposal Submission Form (Financial) and the Proposal Submission Form (Technical);
Proposal Submission Forms means the Proposal summary and required information, completed in accordance with Section 3 - Proposal Submission Instructions, Format, and Forms.
