Proposed Dealing definition

Proposed Dealing means any proposed dealing in Shares by an Employee which must be the subject of a Trading Approval before it can be implemented.

  • Proposer means a contractor that submits a response to a request for proposal, request for bid, or request for quotation.

  • Responsive Offeror means the Offeror who submits a Proposal that conforms in all material respects to this Request for Proposals, Instruction to Offerors and the Plans and Specifications which are incorporated herein by this reference.

  • Responsive Bidder or Offeror means a person who submits a bid or proposal which conforms in all material respects to the invitation for bids or request for proposals.

  • Responsible bidder or offeror means a person who at the time of Contract Award has the capability to perform the Contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.

  • Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).

  • Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.

For the avoidance of doubt, all variants of a single disease or condition (whether classified by severity or otherwise) shall be treated as the same Indication.

  • Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Dealing Deadline means in relation to a Fund, such time on any Dealing Day as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for the Fund.

  • Responder means a vendor who responds to a Solicitation.

  • Initial Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
