Retail buyer or "buyer" means a person who buys goods and services, or services from a contractor pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or goods and services from a contractor pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement.
Retail buyer or "buyer" means a person that buys or agrees to buy goods or obtain services or agrees to have services rendered or furnished from a retail seller.
Retail buyer means that term as defined in section 2 of the retail installment sales act, MCL 445.852.
