Examples of Proposed Structure Plan in a sentence
If the Commission approves the Proposed Structure Plan, it is to notify the local government and the Proponent of its decision within 14 days of the date of the Commission’s decision.
Within 7 days of determining that a Proposed Structure Plan is satisfactory for advertising, the local government is to forward a copy of the Proposed Structure Plan to the Commission.

In considering a Proposed Structure Plan for part of a Development Zone, the local government may require the Proponent to demonstrate how planning for the subject land may be integrated with planning for the balance of the Development Zone, including how broad land uses, essential services, main movement systems and major conservation and recreation areas are to be integrated and provide information on the arrangements for implementation.
