Structure Plan definition

Structure Plan. ’ means a structure plan that is in force in terms of section 16(1)(b) read with section 16(3) and (4);
Structure Plan means a Proposed Structure Plan that has been both approved by the Commission and adopted by the local government under clause 6.2.5.15.
Structure Plan means the Structure Plan applying to the Applicable Land which was approved by the local government and endorsed by the Commission.

More Definitions of Structure Plan

Structure Plan means the plan marked ‘B’ (initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purpose of identification) which shows the broad concepts of (inter alia) the proposed Breakwaters, Sand By‑Pass System, Outer Harbour, Inner Harbour, proposed residential, commercial and recreational areas and areas for future development;
Structure Plan means a broad development framework of a given area showing the proposed use of the various parts of an area and translating national and regional planning principles and guidelines into land use proposals;
Structure Plan means a structure plan that has come into effect in accordance with clause 6.2.12(a); and
Structure Plan means a structure plan that has been adopted by the Town under clause 75J and approved by the Commission under clause 75K; AMD 107 GG 25/6/08
