Proposed Tenant definition

Proposed Tenant. , in relation to a lease, means the proposed tenant of the house to be comprised in the lease;

  • In order to send the Offer Notice, Landlord does not need to have negotiated a lease with the Proposed Tenant but must have either a signed letter of intent or a signed term sheet from the Proposed Tenant.
